Provide IT support to internal clients and resolve issues promptly.
Evaluate and test new hardware/software technologies.
Manage vendor relationships; asset provisioning and maintenance.
Deploy and manage corporate PCs/Macs and configure images.
Administer hosted IT apps (Okta, Google G Suite, Zoom, Office 365) and tickets.
Handle onboarding/offboarding IT accounts; diagnose end-user devices; escalate issues.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in desktop support or IT infrastructure roles
Eligible to live and work in Spain
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills in English
Travel up to 10% across regions
