IT Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide support across multiple time zones for end-users
• Escalate issues to internal teams (engineering, security)
• Acquire, provision, and manage endpoint and hardware inventory
• Provision and de-provision employee identity and access
• Troubleshoot local and cloud-based application issues
• Create and improve technical documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of IT support
• Experience in a distributed company
• Experience supporting macOS, iPadOS, and Windows
• MDM experience required
• Familiarity with application packaging and deployment
• Proficiency with scripting languages (shell and/or Python)
• Familiarity with configuration management software like Terraform
• Experience with Google Workspaces
