IT Engineer

📋 Description

• Resolve global IT tickets across Tier 1, Tier 2
• Active Directory, Azure Cloud Ops, and AWS admin
• Endpoint management using JAMF for Mac, InTune for Windows
• Okta admin for SSO and MFA
• Google Workspace and Slack app admin
• Atlassian (JIRA and Confluence) duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3+ years experience in IT
• Core Technical skills: troubleshooting systems, IT hardware, SaaS / Cloud environments, installed
• Relevant tools: Google Workspace, Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Active Directory, JAMF, InTune, Azure
• Communication skills: must have a can-do attitude, hands on, action oriented, and delivery focused.
