🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience in IT help desk and systems administration, ideally in a fast-growing
Experience with macOS and Google Workspace.
Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, ideally Okta Workflows.
Experience using AI coding tools and scripting languages like Bash or Python.
Familiarity with MDM like Iru or Intune is a plus.
A methodical approach to root-cause troubleshooting and strong interest in automating away
