IT Engineer

📋 Description

• Onsite IT Support Engineer in London, reports to London IT manager.
• Assists with a broad scope of technical challenges and high service levels for internal clients.
• Work with a team of engineers and contracted staff; travel regionally as needed.
• Provide white glove onboarding/offboarding support with IT and HR leadership.
• Support live-streamed auctions and proprietary systems for sales.
• Maintain ethics and comply with information security requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years end-user support in global IT environment.
• Degree in CS, EE, or related field preferred.
• Experience with IT projects, contractor collaboration, budget/resource oversight.
• Knowledge of AD, networks, and telephony; basic AV/streaming tech.
• Strong communication; ability to work autonomously; change agent mindset.
• Willingness to travel; flexible hours for night/weekend sales.
