IT Engineer

📋 Description

• Administer and improve identity and access management systems, including authentication policies
• Manage office network infrastructure (secure wireless, VPN, and hardware) across global offices
• Oversee the device management platform, keeping configurations and policies consistent across
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting for critical IT systems (identity, devices, network, and
• Manage automation and infrastructure-as-code, using AI tooling to reduce toil, and audit backup
• Lead the IT roadmap, from project execution to stakeholder communication, while handling IT support

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT engineering, system administration, and network management
• Solid understanding of identity and access management (single sign-on, multi-factor authentication
• Strong networking and security fundamentals: enterprise Wi-Fi, VPN, network hardware, and IT
• Experience with scripting, automation, and AI tools
• Nice to have: infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform), cloud platform familiarity (AWS, Azure, or
• Nice to have: compliance experience (SOC 2, NIS2, or similar) and high-growth startup experience
