IT Engineer Applications

📋 Description

• Own and administer core enterprise applications, including billing and timekeeping, CRM, document
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, Client Practice Development, Records, and other business
• Troubleshoot complex application issues, investigate root causes, coordinate resolution efforts
• Manage application lifecycle activities, including upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployments
• Maintain integrations between enterprise applications and related technology platforms while
• Administer document and records management environments, including access controls, ethical walls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related
• Experience supporting and administering enterprise applications in a corporate, legal, professional
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server, and enterprise application environments, including
• Hands-on experience with SQL, PowerShell, Microsoft 365, endpoint security solutions, Microsoft
• Strong understanding of application administration, software deployment, configuration management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to diagnose complex issues
