IT Engineer III

📋 Description

• Architect Infrastructure: Design, deploy and maintain secure office networking and endpoint management.
• Lead IT Service Delivery: Own IT service desk lifecycle; streamline requests and resolution.
• Manage Hardware Lifecycle: Oversee hardware lifecycle: procurement, inventory, maintenance.
• Drive IT Roadmap & Budget: Forecast budgets; coordinate upgrades and major tech refreshes.
• Security & Compliance: Partner with InfoSec on audits and zero-trust (SASE, VPN).
• Lead IT Projects: Create project plans; set timelines; manage IT initiative deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Enterprise IT, owning core infrastructure.
• Expertise in managing macOS and Windows with MDM (Jamf, Kandji, ManageEngine).
• IAM with Okta; familiarity with OIDC & OAuth2.
• Secure networking (firewalls, switches, wireless) and endpoint protection.
• Google Workspace administration, security configurations, and group policies.
• JIRA, cross-functional collaboration, and strong documentation; startup experience.
