📋 Description

• IT Operations & Troubleshooting: Handle second-line support and escalate incidents
• Endpoint & Identity Management: Manage the lifecycle of Windows and macOS devices, administer
• Microsoft 365 Administration: Administer Microsoft 365 services, including users, groups, licenses
• Infrastructure & Connectivity: Support Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, cloud-based
• Server and virtualization: Windows and Linux server administration and virtualization technologies
• Cloud administration: Cloud platforms management such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical experience in IT Operations, System Administration, or a similar
• Practical experience in endpoint management: administering and troubleshooting Windows and macOS
• Experience with Identity & Microsoft 365: Active Directory and/or Entra ID, user and access
• Experience in IT support & troubleshooting: handling escalated incidents involving operating
• Networking fundamentals: troubleshooting TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN connectivity issues
• Scripting & automation: using PowerShell or another scripting language to automate
