IT ERP Analyst, OTC

📋 Description

• Act as the SAP S/4HANA OTC functional expert for order-to-cash processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specs.
• Configure and support SAP SD/OTC functionalities and processes.
• Lead integrations between SAP and external systems using IDocs, EDI, APIs.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions.
• Partner with supply chain, finance, and master data teams for data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years SAP SD/OTC experience; hands-on configuration and analysis.
• SAP S/4HANA experience; at least one full lifecycle implementation.
• Strong OTC knowledge: order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit.
• Experience integrating SAP with external apps via IDocs, EDI, middleware, APIs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
