📋 Description

  • Act as SAP S/4HANA OTC subject matter expert
  • Manage OTC processes: sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing
  • Lead integrations between SAP and external systems
  • Troubleshoot issues; root-cause analysis; implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data integrity
  • Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing, and go-live

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IS, CS, Business Admin, or related field
  • 5+ years SAP SD/OTC config and process experience
  • SAP S/4HANA experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation
  • Strong knowledge of OTC processes: order, pricing, delivery, billing, credit
  • Experience integrating SAP with external apps using IDocs, EDI, middleware, or APIs
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration; analytical skills
