📋 Description

  • Own day-to-day EUC operations for the assigned site or country.
  • Independently manage scoped operational workstreams and user pain points.
  • Drive service improvements via data, docs, automation, and collaboration with teams/partners.
  • Report to the Senior Country IT Manager.
  • Onsite role based in Yogyakarta.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in IT operations, service desk, or workplace tech.
  • Able to manage tasks and projects end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ITSM, asset management, endpoints, and platforms like Google Workspace/Jamf/Workspace ONE.
  • Fast-paced environment with process improvement, SOPs, automation, dashboards, or AI-assisted support.
