📋 Description

  • Own day-to-day EUC operations for the assigned site or country.
  • Manage vendor escalations, monitor performance, and actions.
  • Create and improve SOPs, user guides, and knowledge-base content.
  • Collaborate with GTS teams to resolve end-user issues.
  • Support asset management, automation, reporting, and AI tools.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in IT operations, service desk, or related field.
  • Able to manage operational tasks and projects end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder mgmt.
  • Experience with IT service management, asset management, endpoint tools.
  • Familiar with Google Workspace, Jamf, or Workspace ONE.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with process improvement and automation.
