📋 Description

• Own day-to-day EUC operational outcomes for the assigned site or country scope, ensuring reliable
• Partner with managed service vendors to review escalations, track service performance, and ensure
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve SOPs, user guides, operational records, and
• Work with other GTS teams and business stakeholders to resolve cross-functional issues and
• Support governance, audit, and compliance activities by ensuring controls, operational practices
• Use modern tools, automation, reporting, and AI-enabled assistants responsibly to improve

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT operations, end-user computing, workplace technology, service
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver scoped operational workstreams, tasks, or
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate operational data and
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across
• Experience with IT service management, asset management, endpoint or workplace tooling, or cloud
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality
