Own field deployments, hardware support, and site tech ops at project sites and offices.
Lead end-to-end site mobilizations, ISP coordination, and on-site connectivity.
Serve as escalation point for IT Service Desk on field/site issues.
Coordinate IT needs with project executives, site superintendents, and staff.
Set up IT for new offices and project locations (conference room and collaboration tech).
Coordinate with vendors for on-site low-voltage installs and cabling.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years IT support experience (phone, in-person, remote).
2+ years network infrastructure support experience.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s in IT/CS or related field; equivalent experience considered.
