Provide onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and specialist laboratory devices
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in line with agreed service levels
Install, configure, maintain, and replace IT equipment and software
Support user onboarding, account administration, and access requests
Assist with IT deployments, technology refreshes, and site-based projects
Perform basic network support activities, including patching and connectivity checks

🎯 Requirements

Experience in an IT Field Service, Desktop Support, or similar end-user support role
Strong knowledge of Windows desktops and laptops
Strong knowledge of common end-user applications and peripherals
Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and break/fix support
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently across multiple locations
