Manage onboarding and offboarding requests, provisioning and decommissioning hardware/software
Image, deploy, and configure new devices for employees
Handle IT asset logistics via ticketing system (domestic and international)
Administer and support tools: Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Slack, Jira, Confluence, O365
Provide support for Windows machines, MacBooks, and iPads
Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and budgets/refresh cycles

🎯 Requirements

Imaging and deploying devices (Windows/Mac)
Cloud IT systems and identity management tools
Mixed-device support: Windows, macOS, iOS
IT asset management and lifecycle processes
Ticketing systems and IT support workflows
High School Diploma or equivalent; able to lift 25 lbs; occasional travel
