IT & Identity Manager

📋 Description

• Own the IT roadmap, priorities, and operating processes
• Own Okta, identity governance, HRIS identity integration, and automated provisioning and
• Own the reliability, configuration, and lifecycle of our SaaS portfolio and managed devices
• Own onboarding, role changes, and offboarding with People Operations
• Set support priorities, response and resolution targets, and escalation paths
• Establish clear IT processes, documentation, and operating standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT systems, identity, or SaaS administration, with demonstrated ownership of services
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta administration, Workflows, Identity Governance, SSO
• Experience setting priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering cross-functional projects
• Proven ownership of SaaS administration, licensing, integrations, and data governance, plus
• Proficiency with APIs and scripting such as Python, shell scripting, or Google Apps Script, and
• Ability to define support processes, service targets, asset controls, and useful operational
