IT Incident Manager

📋 Description

• Lead major incident response efforts by coordinating bridge calls and communication channels across

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in IT Incident Management, preferably
• Working knowledge of the ITIL framework and IT service management principles, processes, and best
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, incident tracking, and observability platforms such as Jira Service
• Experience using collaboration and documentation platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Confluence
• Good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud services, and infrastructure management
• Knowledge of IT change management practices and their application in maintaining service stability
