📋 Description

Develop and execute Mirego's IT strategy and projects
Analyze and lead IT initiatives from needs to implementation
Improve IT and security operations to meet governance and compliance
Approve, deploy and optimize tools in the internal tech ecosystem
Lead the level-1 IT support and be the reference for the team
Maintain SOC 2 compliance and monitor controls

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of IT experience
Proficient in French and English; autonomous and proactive
IT project analysis: evaluation, impact analysis, planning, change management
Information security: access management, policies, incident management
Data protection obligations (Law 25) and governance
macOS experience; familiarity with SOC 2/ISO 27001; audits a plus
