Experience with infrastructure: cabling, wireless, A/V, end-user devices, PC imaging
IT project management background preferred
2+ years experience in corporate IT and project coordination
Skilled in ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing platforms
Experienced in vendor coordination and remote issue resolution
