IT Infrastructure Field Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Support IT integration across seven UK locations.
• On-site deployments, site migrations and asset validation.
• Collaborate with project managers and IT teams.
• Provide on-site support during migrations and go-live.
• Deploy, configure and replace end-user devices per standards.
• Travel extensively between Eurofins UK sites.

🎯 Requirements

• IT Field Service or Desktop Support experience.
• Windows desktops and laptops knowledge.
• Common end-user applications and peripherals.
• Hardware break/fix and troubleshooting.
• Good customer service and communication.
• Ability to travel between sites with a full UK driving licence.
