📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive IT project plans covering scope, timelines, resource requirements
• Proactively manage project scope and changes to ensure technology initiatives remain aligned with
• Build and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with clients, providing responsive, professional
• Develop a strong understanding of each customer's business environment, technology landscape
• Provide strategic guidance on IT infrastructure, technology solutions, and broader IT planning to

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in IT roles such as IT Manager, IT Director, Technical Account
• Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to provide a high level of professional
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable combination of professional experience and
• Relevant IT certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE are highly valued.
• Extensive experience working with US-based companies and their employees, with a strong
• Broad knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Desktop operating systems.
