IT Infrastructure & Operations Engineer (SysOps)

📋 Description

• Take end-to-end technical ownership of infrastructure operations, including physical servers
• Independently maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Administer virtualization platforms, including Proxmox, VMware, or equivalent technologies.
• Manage infrastructure capacity, performance, lifecycle, and operational health.
• Identify and proactively address single points of failure, configuration weaknesses, technical
• Coordinate infrastructure maintenance activities with minimal business disruption.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience managing production or business-critical infrastructure.
• Advanced administration of Windows Server and Linux systems.
• Solid experience with enterprise virtualization platforms such as Proxmox, VMware vSphere, or
• Understanding of virtualization clusters, storage, resource allocation, networking, and
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Practical experience restoring systems and troubleshooting infrastructure failures.
