📋 Description

Manage and optimize network infra (NGFW, VPNs, SD-WAN) for secure, fast connectivity.
Monitor system health, network performance, and app availability with Datadog.
Oversee global fleet via JumpCloud MDM; ensure devices are compliant and up-to-date.
Manage Sophos EDR/MTR; respond to alerts, assess vulnerabilities, harden perimeter.
Maintain network diagrams, security protocols, and disaster recovery plans; automate tasks.
Provide second-level IT support for general IT demands.

🎯 Requirements

3–5 years in IT infrastructure or network admin, strong Fortinet focus.
Hands-on Fortinet configuration: firewalls, switches, wifi.
Deep TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing expertise.
Experience with EDR (Sophos) and MDM (JumpCloud); knowledge of Zero Trust.
Datadog or similar (New Relic/Zabbix) for observability and proactive alerting.
Advanced English; collaborate with global teams.
