• Register and keep track of all devices borrowed by the production teams, ensuring that the
• Examine cellphone units, observe the operation, install the testing program into them to test and
• Run HW process; HW tools, observe and optimize the process related to the task and raise new ideas
• Ready to come to the company to support emergency cases if receiving the requests.
• Receiving support requests directly from users, via emails or hotlines, logging tickets to the
• Set up/Revoke, Maintain/Upgrade the PCs (hardware/software/connectivity) for newcomers/resigned
