📋 Description

• Register and keep track of all devices borrowed by production teams, ensuring compliance with
• Examine cellphone units, install testing programs, test and update phone technical specs, issues
• Run hardware processes, use hardware tools, observe and optimize related tasks, and raise new ideas
• Be ready to support emergency cases on request.
• Receive support requests from users via emails or hotlines, log tickets to the Helpdesk system, and
• Set up, revoke, maintain, and upgrade PCs (hardware/software/connectivity) for newcomers, resigned
