• Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, or Linux.
• Familiarity with networking concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
