📋 Description

• Support Windows devices, approved apps, accounts, access, connectivity
• Manage user and device lifecycles: onboarding, licenses, hardware, offboarding
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID/AD, Intune, Autopilot, updates
• Review security and operational alerts; collect evidence and escalate as needed
• Maintain docs, logs, inventories, and compliance evidence; improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• Two+ years IT experience supporting users/endpoints
• Strong Windows endpoint troubleshooting, hardware/app support, and user comms
• Microsoft 365 and identity administration: users, groups, licenses, MFA
• Endpoint management: enrollment, deployment, OS updates, compliance
• Basic network troubleshooting: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN
• Strong documentation habits and secure, auditable processes
