📋 Description

• Raise and track purchase orders for laptops, peripherals, networking gear and accessories with
• Compare quotes, confirm delivery dates and escalate delays or pricing issues.
• Maintain vendor contacts, warranty terms and return/RMA processes.
• Coordinate international shipments with freight forwarders and couriers.
• Track shipments end to end and report expected arrival dates to IT and requesters.
• Log deliveries against the order; report damage or shortages within the vendor's claim window.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in IT logistics, supply chain, procurement or IT asset management.
• Working knowledge of import procedures and customs documentation.
• Experience maintaining an inventory or asset register (spreadsheet, ITAM or ERP tool).
• Professional English, written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, IT, business or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with IT hardware (laptops, mobile devices, networking equipment) and common vendor
