IT Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional IT team across networks, systems, DevOps, and support.
• Provide ongoing coaching and regular performance reviews.
• Hands-on contributor; grow the team's independence rather than becoming a bottleneck.
• Own IT operations end-to-end: service delivery, incidents, root-cause analysis, and after-hours escalation.
• Manage on-prem and cloud infrastructure; adapt to new systems quickly.
• Drive DevOps practices and automation: CI/CD, IaC, containerization, and secure deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS
• 7+ years IT experience; 3+ years leading multidisciplinary teams
• Player-coach with hands-on tech and people development
• Strong experience with networks, Linux/Windows, IAM, virtualization, and infra ops
• AWS and DevOps: CI/CD, IaC, containers
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
