IT Manager

📋 Description

• Own core IT ops for Bisnow, Biscred, and SelectLeaders.
• Lead laptop provisioning, access mgmt, onboarding and offboarding.
• Administer Google Workspace, Okta, and Jamf Pro.
• Serve as IT escalation point and driver of IT initiatives.
• Build scalable systems and automation for a growing business.
• Support cybersecurity controls, patching, and incident response.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of progressive IT experience; 1–2 years in IT leadership.
• MacOS fleet mgmt via Jamf Pro: policy mgmt, Smart Groups, auto enrollment.
• Google Workspace and Okta SSO; user lifecycle management.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure) and SaaS security.
• Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, VLANs.
• Cybersecurity controls, patch management, and incident response.
