IT Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end procurement of hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals) and
• Maintain an up-to-date asset inventory and enforce lifecycle policies including refresh cycles and
• Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and optimize spend while ensuring hardware meets performance
• Coordinate device onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees, leveraging Jamf for
• Serve as the escalation point for IT support issues, ensuring timely resolution of hardware
• Maintain and improve the IT helpdesk ticketing system, SLA targets, and support documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 1–2 years in an IT management or lead
• Hands-on experience managing macOS device fleets using Jamf Pro, including policy management, Smart
• Proficiency administering Google Workspace, including user provisioning, security settings, shared
• Experience managing Okta, including SSO application integrations, lifecycle management, MFA
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, VLANs).
• Demonstrated experience implementing and managing cybersecurity controls and policies.
