IT Manager

📋 Description

• Lead APCON's IT team with technical direction and mentorship
• Manage on-prem infrastructure: Windows Server 2019, virtualization, storage
• Harden firewalls, VPN, routing, and perimeter security; maintain security posture
• Oversee Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, and core Microsoft services
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability mitigation, and lifecycle planning
• Lead incident response and remediation

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in network engineering, system administration, or similar roles
• 5+ years of IT team leadership or management experience
• Proven experience securing and maintaining on-prem environments
• Strong expertise with firewalls, IDS/IPS, network segmentation, threat mitigation
• Hands-on with Windows Server 2019, virtualization, and multi-site redundancy
• Proficiency with Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, and Linux systems
