📋 Description

• Direct and manage the technology department, including escalation support
• Lead strategic planning and implementation of new technology
• Evaluate hardware, software and workflow upgrades; manage changes
• Oversee documentation and change management efforts
• Manage production staffing, schedules, and liaison with production management
• Oversee ticketing system, assign work, and review team performance

🎯 Requirements

• VMware Vsphere and Veeam expertise
• Storage: Qumulo, Isilon, StorNext
• Networking and firewall knowledge: Ruckus, Extreme, Arista, Commscope, Mellanox; Palo Alto, WatchGuard
• Python scripting/automation
• Windows/macOS/Linux troubleshooting and multiplatform integration
• Data center design, project management, vendor supervision; AWS Solutions Architect Associate a plus; 7+ years enterprise experience
