• Strong Windows Server/Desktop, networking, virtualization.
• IT operations management: lifecycle, asset mgmt, licensing.
• IT security, monitoring, backups, and business continuity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Desirable: Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, Defender, Exchange Online.
