IT Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the local IT team by coaching team members, setting clear expectations, evaluating
• Provide technical support for users, assisting with hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage hardware and software inventories, ensure IT resources remain secure and compliant, and
• Work closely with the IT Director, Global Infrastructure, and Information Security teams to enhance
• Manage the installation, deployment, and licensing of software packages.
• Use monitoring tools such as Grafana to proactively monitor infrastructure health and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in an IT leadership role, with experience leading or mentoring a technical
• Strong knowledge of Windows server and desktop environments, networking, virtualization, and
• Experience managing IT operations, including hardware and software lifecycle management, asset
• Solid understanding of IT security best practices, system monitoring, backup, and business
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with a
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
