IT Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of IT engineers; manage onboarding.
• Own delivery of IT work across support, security, and infrastructure; unblock the team.
• Set the IT roadmap for 12-18 months; drive automation initiatives.
• Partner with Security, Corporate Engineering, People Ops, and Office Management to deliver IT outcomes.
• Ensure onsite and remote IT support across locations; manage devices and A/V systems.
• Represent IT to leadership; translate the team's work into business impact and strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in IT support, systems, and similar roles with leadership experience.
• Coaching and developing engineers; set expectations and give feedback.
• Strong experience with Google Workspace, Okta, and access management.
• Solid troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues.
• Experience with development languages to support automation.
• Extensive experience automating IT workflows.
