• Own the IT function end-to-end across systems, identity, access, onboarding, offboarding, tooling
• Design for BYOD and distributed teams, building a security posture for personal devices and
• Rationalise the stack by eliminating shadow IT and consolidating overlapping SaaS tools
• Make access easy by setting up identity and access management so people can work across companies
• Build processes people actually use, incorporating AI into how work gets done and iterating based

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT functions in start-up/scale-up environments
• Experience building an IT function from scratch or meaningfully restructuring one
• Remote or hybrid experience supporting distributed teams
• Strong identity and access management foundation
• A builder mindset, shipping systems that run without you
• The confidence to defend your call and bring people with you
