IT Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop the IT team by setting clear priorities, assigning ownership, removing
• Own employee IT operations across onboarding, offboarding, access changes, equipment deployment
• Run reliable IT service delivery, including intake, triage, escalation, service metrics
• Administer and improve identity and access management in Okta, including single sign-on
• Manage the endpoint fleet with Jamf and related tools, including device standards, deployment
• Oversee SaaS administration and governance, including application ownership, access reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience leading an IT team, with a track record of setting priorities
• Hands-on corporate IT experience in a cloud-first, high-growth company supporting both office-based
• A self-directed approach to work, with the judgment to identify gaps, make practical decisions, and
• Experience administering identity, endpoint, and device-management platforms; Okta, MDM, and macOS
• Experience running an IT service desk or support operation, including ticketing, escalation
• Working knowledge of SaaS administration, license management, vendor management, procurement, and
