IT Manager - Platform Engineering & Data Science

📋 Description

• Lead platform engineering & data science initiatives across GCP and hybrid-cloud.
• Define roadmaps and align with technology and business goals.
• Build scalable platform capabilities and improve engineering practices.
• Partner with AI, data science, product, and IT teams to enable ML delivery.
• Drive DevSecOps, CI/CD automation, and platform reliability standards.
• Own MLOps for model development, deployment, monitoring, and scaling.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years hands-on platform engineering, including ML/data analytics enablement.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams with performance management.
• Strong programming in Java and/or Python; software architecture expertise.
• Experience implementing secure software delivery, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automation.
• Experience enabling data science/ML workflows using Vertex AI, BigQuery.
