Take full accountability for Tech Operations and tech rollouts within the Production Country -
Lead Tech Ops teams, ensuring strong team performance and talent development
Ensure delivery of stable operations and end-user support services
Secure the functionality and compliance of operational procedures, and ensure security standards
Implement and manage regular maintenance and compliance programs
Analyze and monitor: financial performance; run key product development initiatives

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology Operations, or equivalent experience
3+ years’ experience in ITSM, service delivery, or infrastructure leadership
Experience leading teams, managing tech operations, and delivering IT solutions
Exposure to sourcing, production, retail or consumer-facing tech environments preferred
Strong budget management and forecasting skills
Excellent stakeholder management, vendor management, and communication skills
