IT Network Engineer

📋 Description

• Deploy and maintain network infrastructure across LAN, WAN and wireless environments
• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and access points
• Support Webex Calling: user setup, device config, and basic call flow troubleshooting
• Monitor network performance; identify bottlenecks, capacity issues, and failure points
• Troubleshoot complex issues; perform root cause analysis; implement corrective actions
• Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and hardware refreshes with minimal downtime

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field (or equivalent)
• Solid experience in network engineering or administration
• Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP)
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and subnetting
• Experience with routing and switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, STP)
• Hands-on experience with network hardware (Cisco, Meraki, Dell, Juniper)

• Annual base salary range: $97,000 - $110,000
