IT Network Hardware Asset & Logistics Analyst

📋 Description

• Track, renew, and audit hardware maintenance contracts (e.g., Cisco SmartNet, Juniper Care) in
• Monitor coverage across sites, confirm it matches each facility's required Service Level Agreement
• Track embedded hardware licensing and verify that network gear has required licenses before
• Coordinate shipment of critical, heavy, and sensitive network infrastructure with network
• Open and track RMA cases with OEMs, coordinate replacement shipments, maintain spares inventory
• Maintain accurate CMDB records, map hardware serial numbers to license keys, and run regular

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in IT asset management, logistics, or network operations support
• Exposure to hardware maintenance contracts and OEM support portals
• Working understanding of enterprise hardware support structures and hardware-bound software
• Familiarity with enterprise CMDB/ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera)
• Experience with OEM vendor portals (e.g., Cisco Commerce Workspace / CCW) is preferred
• Working knowledge of physical network components
