📋 Description

• Assist with help desk ticket triage and resolution, including laptop/desktop setup, account
• Support onboarding and offboarding workflows — imaging machines, configuring profiles, recovering
• Help troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity issues at the Campbell office
• Assist the network team with switch, firewall, and access point monitoring and basic configuration
• Support MDM tool administration (Intune, Kandji, JumpCloud) under the guidance of senior staff
• Help manage and deploy software through endpoint management platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network
• Basic understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, subnetting
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems
• Comfortable working with hardware — setting up laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers
• Able to communicate clearly with non-technical users when resolving support issues
• Self-starter who can follow documented procedures and ask questions when something is unclear
