IT NOC Technician

📋 Description

• Monitor enterprise and operational networks, data centers, cloud environments, and connectivity
• Manage ISP's for circuit outages and turnups/disconnects.
• Detect, triage, and respond to network incidents, performance issues, and outages with a focus on
• Perform initial troubleshooting of network, firewall, routing, switching, and connectivity problems
• Create, manage, and escalate tickets in accordance with ITIL-aligned processes and strict SLAs
• Execute runbooks and standard operating procedures for common issues while escalating complex

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or Engineering; OR 4+ years of
• 2+ years of experience in a NOC, network operations, or IT infrastructure role.
