IT Operations Administrator

📋 Description

• Own employee technology support from investigation through verified resolution, troubleshooting
• Participate in the IT on-call rotation, supporting urgent technical issues outside regular business
• Manage the employee technology lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, leaves of absence
• Administer endpoint management platforms such as Iru/Kandji, Jamf, or similar tools, overseeing
• Maintain the operational health of Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other SaaS
• Maintain accurate device and application inventories, conduct access reviews, coordinate license

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, endpoint management, or
• Hands-on experience supporting macOS and iOS/iPadOS, including remote troubleshooting and endpoint
• Experience with Iru/Kandji, Jamf, or a comparable mobile device management (MDM) platform.
• Experience administering Okta, Google Workspace, and modern SaaS applications, with working
• Strong troubleshooting skills across devices, browsers, identity systems, connectivity, and
• Demonstrated ability to independently resolve complex technical issues and deliver IT system or
