IT Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on IT support for employees in San Francisco.
• Own onboarding/offboarding to keep hires productive and secure.
• White-glove IT support via Slack, tickets, and in-person.
• Administer Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, and MDM (Jamf/InTune).
• Assist with meeting room tech and hybrid A/V experiences.
• Troubleshoot devices, applications, access, peripherals, printers, and networking.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years IT support in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
• Strong proficiency with Okta (SSO/MFA), Google Workspace, and macOS management.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Okta (SSO/MFA), Slack, and other SaaS tools.
• Hands-on scripting or automation (Python, Bash, Okta Workflows).
• Excellent communication and customer service for senior leaders.
• Proactive, employee-first mindset; comfortable in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.
