Hands-on IT support to ensure a great employee experience in Bengaluru.
Support onboarding/offboarding, provisioning/deprovisioning accounts, and equipment setup.
Troubleshoot apps, laptops, access, peripherals, printers, video, and networking.
Assist with meeting room tech and events for smooth hybrid meetings and A/V.
Manage accounts, access, and security across Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and SaaS.
Maintain IT asset inventory; coordinate repairs, upgrades, and procurement.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 2+ years IT support in a fast-paced startup/tech environment.
Troubleshooting macOS, Windows, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
Experience with Google Workspace, Okta (SSO/MFA), Slack, and other SaaS tools.
Strong customer service mindset—friendly, patient, proactive.
Familiarity with basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, IP troubleshooting).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment.
