IT Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Act as first IT support contact for live trading systems (in person, phone, chat)
• Provide desktop support for Windows and Unix/Linux workstations: setup, imaging, troubleshooting
• Support trading desk setups and meeting rooms; assist with Teams and video conferencing
• Manage users in Hybrid AD (on-prem AD with Entra ID), including MFA and groups
• Own onboarding/offboarding: accounts, equipment, access provisioning, secure removal
• Develop automation to reduce manual BAU using PowerShell, Bash, and Python

🎯 Requirements

• Automation-first mindset with scripted solutions
• Strong ownership; see problems through to resolution
• Solid technical grounding; understand the systems you support
• Scripting ability: PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Windows desktop support (Win 10/11) and Unix/Linux desktop experience
• Experience with Active Directory and SaaS tools (Jira, Confluence, Teams, Slack)
